We offer standard FREE delivery on all UK orders.
Your order will be delivered within 2-4 working days (from point of order).
Once your order is successfully submitted, our warehouse process your order the following business day. It is then picked, packed, and dispatched.
Your delivery will be made Monday-Friday (excluding bank or public holidays).
Orders are shipped via Royal Mail or ParcelForce.
These services are tracked and signed for. You will receive a text once your order has been dispatched with tracking details.
Acctim will not be held liable for any missing parcels should the delivery address have been entered incorrectly. If there is no-one in to sign for your delivery, our courier will leave a card with details of your options or follow the special instructions to leave at safe place.
A courier will deliver your package between 8am and 8pm however delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

We hope that you are happy with your Acctim purchase, however, if for some reason you are not and wish to return the product you can return item (s) within 14 days of delivery for refund.
Unfortunately we are unable to cover the cost of return postage.
Please return your item unused and in original resalable condition (as it was received by you) with proof of purchase.
Make sure you do not dispose of any original packaging your order was delivered or unfortunately we may not be able to process your return.
Please return your item to your local post office using the Returns Form click here carefully following 3 easy steps on your Returns Form to send your product back to us. Once we have received your returns we’ll refund the person who originally placed and paid for the order within 30 days. You will be notified by email once your refund has been processed.

If you have changed your mind you have 14 days from the date of receiving your goods to exchange an item. Please contact Acctim at email@example.com or on 01908 449 205 and we will instruct you further how to proceed. Make sure you have your order number and name or product code of the item you wish to exchange to hand. After contacting us and upon receiving your goods, we will send you the new exchanged item within 14 working days.
If we made a mistake or in the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, an item is faulty or you received an incorrect item, please let us know straight away.
