Delivery Information

UK Mainland Delivery
£3.95 standard delivery (2-4 working days) for orders under £50.
All UK mainland orders over £50 qualify for free delivery.

UK Non-Mainland Delivery
£14.95 standard delivery (3-5 working days) for all orders.

Delivery Option
Orders are shipped via Evri Courier Service.

Evri services are tracked and you will receive a text and/or email once your order has been dispatched with tracking details. We will attempt to deliver your order to the delivery address stated on your order form.

Acctim will not be held liable for any missing parcels should the delivery address have been entered incorrectly.

 

If there is no-one in to receive your delivery, our courier will leave your parcel in a safe place and provide an electronic proof of delivery and photo of the location on their website, which you can obtain using your tracking number.

Returns Information

Returns Instructions

We hope that you are happy with your Acctim purchase, however, if for some reason you are not and wish to return the product you can return item (s) within 14 days of delivery for refund.

Unfortunately we are unable to cover the cost of return postage.

Please return your item unused and in original resalable condition (as it was received by you) with proof of purchase.

Make sure you do not dispose of any original packaging your order was delivered or unfortunately we may not be able to process your return.

Please return your item to your local post office using the Returns Form click here carefully following 3 easy steps on your Returns Form to send your product back to us. Once we have received your returns we’ll refund the person who originally placed and paid for the order within 30 days. You will be notified by email once your refund has been processed.

Exchanges

If you have changed your mind you have 14 days from the date of receiving your goods to exchange an item. Please contact Acctim at [email protected] or on 01908 449 205 and we will instruct you further how to proceed. Make sure you have your order number and name or product code of the item you wish to exchange to hand. After contacting us and upon receiving your goods, we will send you the new exchanged item within 14 working days.

Order Issues

If we made a mistake or in the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, an item is faulty or you received an incorrect item, please let us know straight away.
