FAQ - Orders

If you need to cancel your order after it has been placed please contact us as soon as possible at online@acctim.com
Once we have processed your order unfortunately we will no longer be able to make any changes.

 

After notifying us of your wish to cancel an order you have 14 days to return the order to us.

 

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the
contract for the purchase of any of our products within a period of 14 days, beginning on the day the item is delivered.

 

Unfortunately, we are not able to cover return postage. Please keep your proof of postage safe until you have received your refund.

Sometimes email service providers, such as Yahoo, Google and Hotmail have such high security settings that they don't allow automated emails into your inbox until the sender is marked as 'safe'. Firstly, please check your junk or spam folder in case your order confirmation has been diverted here. If you still have any concerns, please call us on 01908 449 205 and we will be able to confirm your order.

Our courier will leave a card with details of your option or follow the special instructions to leave at safe place. Firstly, please contact the courier using the details on a card to request more information about where your parcel was delivered. If you're experiencing issues with contacting the courier or if there's a problem with your order or the goods themselves, let us know straight away.

The movements in Acctim Clocks are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase. This does not include damage caused by misuse, tampering or battery leakage.

Actually, you will get two. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is dispatched and that is your electronic receipt. Then there is the printed receipt which comes with your order.

FAQs - Deliveries

We offer FREE standard delivery within 2-4 working days.

We aim to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.

Once your order is successfully submitted, our warehouse processes your order the following business day. It is then picked, packed, and dispatched.

 

You should receive your order within 2-4 business days.

 

Packages are not shipped nor delivered on weekends and local public holidays.

Orders are shipped via Royal Mail or ParcelForce.
ParcelForce services are tracked and signed for. You will receive a text once your order has been dispatched with tracking details. We will attempt to deliver your order to the delivery address stated on your order form.

 

Acctim will not be held liable for any missing parcels should the delivery address have been entered incorrectly. If there is no-one in to sign for your delivery, our courier will leave a card with details of your options.

FAQ - PAYMENT & SECURITY

We accept all major credit cards (excluding American Express), payments through PayPal and Apple Pay.

In an effort to maintain the appropriate security when providing information to Acctim, we use the SSL technology & high security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser, being SSL/TLS Certified.

If you paid by credit or debit card, we'll refund the card that was originally used as soon as possible. It can take a few days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.


If you paid using PayPal we can refund your PayPal account straight away.

FAQ - RETURNS & EXCHANGE

If, for whatever reason, you're not completely satisfied with your order or placed it in error, please contact Acctim as soon as possible at online@acctim.com and we will help you with order cancellation.

To exchange an item, please contact Acctim at online@acctim.com and we will instruct you how to proceed. Please note that we will only accept products in unused and in original condition (as it was received by you).

Please return your item unused and in original condition to your local post office using the Returns Form click here. We'll refund the card who originally placed and paid for the order.

If we made a mistake or there is a problem with your order please contact Acctim via
email: online@acctim.com We are here to help you solve it.

Customer satisfaction is a primary importance to us here at Acctim however if something hasn't gone quite to plan please contact us immediately at online@acctim.com and we will be happy to help.

Please return your item unused and in original condition (as it was received by you) with proof of purchase within 14 days, and we'll issue you an exchange or refund. Items will only be accepted in original packaging and undamaged. Goods will not be accepted if they are returned in any other condition.

Batteries contain harmful chemicals which, if disposed of in your general household waste, can leak toxins into the soil and put communities and wildlife at risk. Within the UK, please take them to your local recycling centre which you can find at www.recycle-more.co.uk. If you're unsure of where this is contact your local authority. Improper disposal may be harmful to the environment.
